About Lior

Sol Naturopathics began long before I ever planned to become a practitioner; my path was paved by my own experience with chronic pain, fatigue, and a connective tissue disorder that remained misunderstood for years. I spent much of my youth in and out of appointments where "normal" test results failed to explain my reality, leaving me in a cycle of confusion and isolation. It wasn't until an orthopaedic surgeon finally connected the physiological dots that I realized what effective healthcare should look like: a system that translates the body’s complex signals rather than dismissing them.

Combining the healing power of nature with evidence-based research.

My practice is grounded in the complex relationships between the body’s most vital systems, with a particular focus on connective tissue integrity and hypermobility for those navigating systemic disorders. I specialize in nervous system regulation, addressing the critical intersection of stress, pacing, and physical symptoms, while also investigating the drivers of immune and inflammatory imbalance that characterize chronic, "invisible" illness.

What is Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a form of healthcare that takes a whole-person, systems-based approach to health. It recognises that long-term health is shaped by many factors over time, including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, trauma, environment, and individual health history. Naturopathic care integrates personalised nutrition, lifestyle medicine, herbal prescriptions, evidence-informed supplementation, and functional testing where appropriate. Care is patient-centred, trauma-aware, and collaborative, with a strong focus on education, prevention, and supporting sustainable health throughout all life stages.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your first session is mostly about understanding you. We’ll talk through your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and what feels realistic for you right now.

    You can expect:

    • A calm, collaborative conversation • Space to share your story without rushing

    • Clear next steps that feel manageable

  • There’s no fixed number. Some people come for short-term support, while others prefer ongoing care. Chronic patterns often respond best to gradual, consistent work, but the pace and frequency are always collaborative.

  • Yes, but not always. My work is grounded in foundations. That means looking at sleep, nourishment, digestion, stress physiology, and daily rhythms. If herbs or nutrients are recommended, they’re chosen thoughtfully and explained clearly so you understand why they’re part of your plan.

  • Yes. My work blends traditional naturopathic philosophy with current research, clinical reasoning, and safety considerations. Health is rarely one-size-fits-all, so recommendations are always adapted to your history, medications, and personal context.

  • That depends on your starting point and what your body has been carrying. Chronic health patterns often take time to unwind, so we focus on gradual progress rather than quick fixes. Many people notice shifts in energy, digestion, or clarity first.

  • You don’t need to have everything figured out before booking. Many people I work with live with overlapping symptoms, chronic illness, or years of unanswered questions. Our work begins by understanding the patterns underneath, not by trying to simplify your experience into one label.
