About Me

I’m Lior Mileikowski, a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath and founder of Sol Naturopathics.

My path into this work was shaped not only by formal clinical training, but by years of navigating complex health challenges myself. I live with Hypermobility Ehlers–Danlos Syndrome, a genetic connective tissue condition that affects multiple systems throughout the body.

For a long time, my symptoms were fragmented across different specialties, often dismissed or explained in isolation. Like many people with chronic or complex conditions, I learned what it feels like to keep searching for answers while trying to maintain everyday life.

Receiving a diagnosis didn’t magically resolve everything, but it provided something essential: context. It reframed my experience from a collection of unrelated problems into a coherent picture of how my body functions.

That perspective now underpins how I practice.

Why Naturopathy

I became a naturopath because I wanted to offer the kind of care I struggled to find care that takes complexity seriously, looks at the whole person, and works to understand underlying drivers rather than managing symptoms one at a time.

My approach is physiology-informed, structured, and collaborative. I focus on how different systems interact. Nervous system regulation, digestion, immune function, hormonal rhythms, nutritional status, and energy production, and how these patterns develop over time.

Rather than quick fixes, the goal is to build stability and resilience through strong foundations that support the body’s capacity to function.

Who I work with

I work particularly with people who feel stuck, dismissed, or overwhelmed by their health, those whose symptoms don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis, or who have tried many approaches without lasting improvement.

You do not need to have everything figured out before seeking support. Many people come to clinic unsure where to start, exhausted from trying to piece things together alone.

My role is to help make sense of that complexity, provide clear direction, and support meaningful change at a pace that is realistic and sustainable.

My areas of focus are:

  • Long-standing or complex health journeys

  • Stress, mood, and nervous system support

  • Fatigue and burnout

  • Digestive and gastrointestinal health

  • Nutritional deficiencies and micronutrient optimisation

  • Metabolic health and blood sugar regulation

  • Skin conditions

  • Preconception and postnatal support

  • Preventative & optimisation health support
